SHUKC Workout Saturday 10:00 AM

I am looking to see if I can rally some troops to get out and throw the football around Saturday morning.  First workout will be $5 just to cover the insurance costs we have this year.  We will run routes and do some cone drills to work on agility and speed.

College and high school players are welcome.  We will likely be working on Sunday’s this year as I want to get a time with Armand Brisbane to come out.  He will be a Junior at Benedictine this coming fall and one of my all time favorite QB’s now DB.  Most of all he has an incredible motor and will inspire you to do work.
